New Training Facilities ....

We have just secured a new training facility to use in conjunction with South West Strongman.

At present we are just refurbishing the barn witch we hope to have completed by mid May 2008.

 

Facilities will include...

Free weights
Access to all Strongman Training Equipment
Exercise Machines
Squat Racks
Drinks machine
Toilets

 

I have now taken some photos of the barn, this is obviously the unfinished project, but work is going ahead, all be it slowly due to the lack of funds.
